Mathilde Ollivier is a passionate winemaker in the heart of the famous Muscadet region on the Loire River in France, where they have been growing wine since 1723. With vineyards on granite slopes between the Sèvre and Maine rivers, they make elegant, fresh white wines from Sauvignon Blanc, among others.

Mathilde works with long aging “sur lie”, where the wines rest on their yeast residues to achieve extra depth, body and the purest expression of the terroir. The result is authentic, precise wines that reflect both the soil and the maritime freshness of the Nantes area and stand as a living tribute to generations of winemaking craftsmanship.
