Plateau du Cascal was created in 2014 and covers 9 hectares, divided into 5 plots with vines ranging from 2 to 50 years old. The vineyard is isolated, surrounded by forests and gentle hills, with the Pyrenees in the background. Here, work is only done manually, and the focus is on creating an environment where biodiversity thrives around the vines. Every decision, both in the field and in the cellar, is guided by the rhythm of nature - the weather and the lunar calendar set the agenda for wine production in perfect harmony with the surroundings.
