Sophie and Stéphane founded the property in 2014 and quickly converted the vineyard to organic farming. With its ideal south-southwest-facing location and a terroir of clay and limestone – enriched with gypsum in the subsoil – the wine develops a rare minerality and character. The vineyard’s organic approach combines permaculture and biodynamic methods, and biodiversity flourishes with life such as ladybugs, bees, tits and bats. Every detail is carefully tailored to ensure the best grapes are hand-picked and processed.
