François Ducrot is a trained oenologist and his knowledge of wine is endless. At his vineyard in Languedoc, he produces organic, natural wines with little or no added sulfites.
The vineyard consists of twenty-three hectares divided into 8 separate fields that have been passed down through generations. Here he works with a connection to his roots and inspired by a responsible and sustainable future. Among other things, he uses organic grazing with the help of sheep. A method that has been used since the dawn of time, but which has made a comeback in the last decade.
François runs the vineyard with his daughter Agathe, who shares his philosophy. Their vision is to make wines from cleaner soil, where trees, wildlife, vines and families can live together in harmony.
