Quinta do Casal Monteiro is a family-owned winery with deep roots in the heart of Portugal's Tejo region – a history that stretches back to 1928. Here, the vines have an average age of around 30 years and draw character and strength from the unique soil.
The fields combine the best of two worlds: classic local grape varieties and elegant French varietals, creating wines with both personality and finesse. The sandy soil, shaped by ancient river deposits, provides optimal growing conditions and contributes to the wine's intense aromatic profile and remarkable complexity.
