Parties and use
Terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all purchases from Vinhanen Wholesale Aps
The conditions only apply to sales to businesses.
Offers and orders
The binding of the agreement comes into force when the customer receives an order confirmation with prices. Upon completion of the order, the customer immediately receives a receipt for the order. The order confirmation is sent when the order has been reviewed.
Prices and payment terms
Vinhanen Engros Aps receives payment via payment card or invoice.
Payment by credit card is possible online when ordering goods. We accept credit cards of the types VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard.
If payment by invoice is selected, the invoice will be sent with 8 days payment terms, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If the payment deadline is exceeded, a penalty may be imposed.

Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items. Should this apply, the customer will be notified of the changes as soon as possible and offered a relevant replacement item.
Buyer's non-payment, interest and reminder fees

Delivery and duty of investigation
Goods ordered by the customer are delivered to the agreed delivery address provided by the customer. The goods are delivered to the curb. If there are special considerations for delivery (specific point of sale, time or similar), the customer is responsible for

When placing an order no later than Monday, delivery is guaranteed within the same week, typically Wednesdays or Thursdays.
Reservations are made for unforeseen influences such as delivery delays from Vinhanen Engros Aps' suppliers, local traffic challenges or similar. Significant delay from Vinhanen Engros Aps' website gives the customer the right to cancel purchases.
The buyer has the obligation to inspect upon receipt of goods from Vinhanen Engros Aps. The customer undertakes to examine the delivered goods as soon as possible (and no later than 24 hours after) for
visible errors and perform a count and make a written objection if there are defects or deviations.
Cancellation and change
Cancellation or change of orders can only be made by direct telephone/written contact to Vinhanen Wholesale Aps. Vinhanen Engros Aps may refuse changes or cancellation of orders,
if these are not agreed in time for the order to be changed or if there are not sufficient quantities of the product in question in stock. The customer may be offered a similar replacement product.
Return
Unopened kegs or unopened boxes of bottles can be returned to Vinhanen Engros Aps within 30 days of delivery and will be credited at the original purchase price. This assumes that the kegs have been stored according to the regulations: not too hot, not in direct sunlight/wind and weather.
Return costs are borne by the Customer.
Older goods can be returned in special cases and with a written agreement, but never at the original purchase price. There is no right of return for goods that have been manufactured to the customer's specifications.
Choice of law and venue
Any dispute arising from or relating to the Parties' contractual basis is subject to Danish law.
